A: The web site migration service that our company is offering is free of charge (to a certain extent). We will transfer your site(s) to our state–of–the–art cloud hosting platform without you needing to do anything. We know from experience that swapping web hosting providers can lead to lost information and unnecessary downtime. That is why we’ll perform all that for you at no cost!We’ve got seasoned administrators whose primary assignment is to ensure that your web site functions precisely as it did on your previous hosting platform. Our administrators are well–versed in migrating custom–built sites, as well as sites that are based upon famous web applications like Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: There are a lot of variables to consider – the total number of web files, the size of the database, the complexity of the web site itself and the present workload of our web site migration professionals, etc. That said, we do try to accomplish all website migrations within a 48–hour period. Smaller–sized websites are migrated much faster – usually in under 24 hours.

A: We do not gather any sensitive details. We will need, though, the login info for your present hosting account along with the name of the site that you wish to move.

We use security measures, which include, but are not limited to: physical, electronic and administrative procedures to secure the details that we obtain on the web. A: Your site will work exactly like it did before with your former web hosting provider. Once we have finished the migration, your website will be configured to work on our hosting platform and we will ask you to preview it. If everything is working properly, all you will have to do is change the name server records associated with your domain name. Your website will be transferred over to us with no downtime whatsoever.

A: Nah. Apart from your login details for the Control Panel, we will not need anything. We’ll never contact your web hosting provider. They won’t know anything about the transfer either.

A: We can transfer your website from any hosting provider or any Linux–powered web hosting platform on condition that we can receive access to the Control Panel and there is FTP access available.The only websites that we are unable to migrate are the ones based on closed–source software applications like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
